2. Scope of Services

We provide assistance in the submission, review, editing, and/or publication of scientific manuscripts to selected journals. Services may include but are not limited to:

• Manuscript editing (language, structure, format)
• Journal selection advice
• Submission support
• Response and revision guidance
• Communication assistance with journals
• Monitoring publication status

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must ensure that all submitted materials are original, free from plagiarism, and comply with ethical standards.
• The Client is responsible for the accuracy of data, citations, and references.
• The Client agrees to respond promptly to requests for information, documents, or revisions needed during the publication process.

4. Publication Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee acceptance or publication by any journal.
• Journal acceptance depends entirely on the editorial decision and peer review process of the respective journal.
• We strive to increase the manuscript’s chance of acceptance through professional support, but the final decision lies with the journal.

5. Fees and Payment

• Service fees must be paid as agreed in the invoice or quotation.
• Full payment must be completed before submission to the target journal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional fees may apply if substantial revisions or re-submissions to another journal are required.

6. Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided for manuscripts rejected by journals after submission, as acceptance is beyond our control.
• A partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered if cancellation is requested before manuscript submission.
• Refunds will not be granted for withdrawal or cancellation after the manuscript has been submitted to a journal.

7. Turnaround Time

• We commit to process manuscripts within the timeline agreed upon with the Client.
• Any delay caused by incomplete data, late responses, or changes requested by the Client may affect the timeline.

8. Confidentiality

• All materials, information, and communication between the Client and our team are strictly confidential.
• We do not share, sell, or distribute Client information without explicit consent, except as necessary to complete the publication process.

9. Intellectual Property

• The manuscript and all associated intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Client.
• We claim no authorship or co-authorship on any Client manuscript unless explicitly agreed.

10. Liability Limitation

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the particular service.

11. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or failures of internet service providers.

12. Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or by notification to the Client.

13. Governing Law
